Aber Falls Single Malt Whisky

Aber Falls Distillery, the first of its kind in North Wales for over 100 years, is nestled between the Snowdonia mountain range and the Menai Strait.

Aber Falls proudly present this early release of single malt Welsh Whisky. This whisky is distilled, aged and bottled in Wales, using 100% welsh malted barley and rock filtered water from the famous Aber Falls.

The 2021 Release is distilled using finest Welsh malted barley. Matured in a mix of bourbon, sherry and virgin casks and bottled all in North Wales.

TASTING NOTES

ON THE NOSE: Sweet fruits of the forest, vanilla and toffee, hints of poached pears, candied citrus fruit, fig and sultana balanced with sweet vanilla and a gentle hint of cloves.

PALATE: Rich and full bodied, sweet sherry notes of dried fruit and spice, balanced with fruits of the forest, creamy sweet malt, nuts, dark chocolate and espresso.

FINISH: Long and lingering, dried fruit and subtle spice.
